Read something about a Monday Internet Blackout has been going on at CNN, and I am just sayin. People appearently before being fucked by the FBI has sent out some virus into dem internetz and started replacing safe ads on sites with harmful ads...

I think I know what you're talking about. It's some hacker group that overtook peoples computers and used them as servers. This virus that they placed on peoples computers made them unable to surf on the internet and shit, so FBI made their own servers and connected them to all the infected computers, which then allowed people to use the internet again. That happened a long time ago (10 years or something, can't remember), so a few days ago, FBI decided to shut down the servers, which then lead to roughly a quarter of a million computers going back to their original infected state. Idk about the ad thing though.
