Good luck with that, it wont work. Steam is protected from such things and its very hard to attack anything steam owns at this time. You are only wasting your time if you try that.

He's not talking about hacking steam.. You can easily get someones IP from steam chat, once you have that you can just ddos it with any ddos'ing program dowloaded from the internet. Works like hell if you're only one person doing it, and it practically has the same effect on your own computer, as on the recievers computer. Ddos'ing is for retards.
