How did you begin to play HL2DM?

It's a Polish game but you can translate it if you are using Google or Mozilla, I think.

My father download the HL series,with episodes and all.When i see the test on a website,i find this game very crappy and boring,but when i play it...I do all the series in one or two months.After that i play lot of other games,and i forget HL²...But when i see Lost Coast and HL² DM free for the NVIDIA users i jump on it ! That was the last summer...After some boring deathmatches and teamdeathmatches,i discover that wonderful server.After tath i discover the roleplay,but that just cant replace the deathrun.
